Oasis Vs Anthem? Any thoughts?

Looking back some on here I don't see a comparison. We did Oasis this past October and absolutely loved it. Some of our favorites were lunches at the Park Cafe, breakfast a couple of times at Johnny Rockets (free on Oasis), and the Boardwalk area.

If anyone who's done both could offer some comparisons it would be greatly appreciated (not cruising until October, so no great rush). Thanks in advance for any responses.

Big difference between the two. There is no Park Café on Anthem. Instead it is 270 Café with a similar menu to Park café but no seating inside the restaurant. Seating is plentiful right outside in 270. There is no Boardwalk on Anthem since the center of the ship is the promenade like the ships in older classes before Oasis. One neat addition to Anthem is that they offer brunch in the Solarium (free) which means if you are a late riser, you can still enjoy a breakfast buffet. You should take a look at the RCCL site to learn more about Anthem since it is so different from Oasis. We loved both ships.

I sailed on Oasis in Sept 2015 and Anthem in Oct 2016 and they are not really comparable IMO. Besides having a lot to do, they are two completely different ships. Oasis has a lot more outdoor areas with Central Park & the Boardwalk, and that was nice on the warm caribbean nights. Anthem was a lot more technology focused with 270, the North Star, the Bumper Cars, RipCord, etc. We had a great time on both ships and it's really tough for us to put one over the other because they both offer something so different.
