Chocolate melting cake recipe

Trying to find the recipe .A friend brought a Chefs table recipe and saw another on line. Then watched JH make one with a chef and all three are different.

First. 6 oz Chocolate and butter 1.5 oz sugar

Second, 3 oz sweet and 3 oz semi sweet and unsalted butter, 1.5 oz sugar

Third. JH video, 6 oz dark chocolate, unsalted butter, 6oz sugar.

1 and 2 above are both Chefs table recipe cards given on the tour. All other ingredients same

Any Ideas?

Search on YouTube. Many people have videos on making it along with the recipe.

Did look at u tube and none matched the Chefs table cards

They must have different recipes for diff ships. I now have 2 Chefs table cards with diff. recipes

Here is my card, John,s video says unsweetened chocolate and 6 oz sugar. bake at 300 for 20 min.

Not sure if we still have ours or not but it was a recipe we got on the ships tour when we were in the galley area, the issue we had is it was the recipe they used for making it there so the amount were HUGE. Took us a few tries to pare it back to the point where it was no longer like we were catering for an event lol. I will ask my wife if she remembers what we did with the recipe, been a few years since we've made it.

Made the one I posted from a friend that just returned, They loved it. Freezing the rest and will cook in 2 days to see if there is a diff. This will make a great sub to smores on a rv trip

Thanks for that! I found 3 oz and 4 oz on Amazon so I ordered a six pack of the 4 oz ones. I wonder if I should order another 6 pack for these recipes??

The serving size on Carnival are 5 oz. I used 2 oz which was plenty since I am border line diabetic.

To me the chocolate is just what kind you prefer. I would like to try it with trivia. Oh I miss the cake
