I don't believe that Youtube in Europe uses the same video reader as the United States version.

Try going to our site and uploading the required software.

There's no difference in codecs for European and US videos (I think that is what you mean by reader), it wouldn't make much sense in the global market of today really. The video is probably set to only work on YT pages, sometimes the default settings are for a video to only work via YouTube and not mobile or embedded sites.
