Maybe at the start of next month. Right now you can only purchase tickets through the end of March.

Sorry I don't know the answer. Make sure you select the tour in English, as they have several different languages to choose from. It's an excellent tour - enjoy!

I also don't know the exact date, but I'll say that we visited Budapest in April of last year. The Parliament tickets were not in high demand. We bought ours less than a week ahead of time, and plenty were available. In fact, tickets were still available on the day of our tour.

Check the site now and then, and once they become available, you should be fine. I suspect this is not the case in the high season, though.
