Latest time off in Venice

What's the latest we can hang around on the ship until in Venice, just sitting in a lounge before disembarking? Our flight comes with a car service, however they are unwilling to pick us up before 10.30am and let us wait at the airport longer, they have a 5 hours before your flight earliest pickup time and the flight is at 1530.

Before pushing them further to make an exception, if we can hang around on board until 1030, or at least 1000, that would work well-enough, we can stand 30 minutes sitting on our luggage at the pier. If the latest off time is 0900 (for instance) we'll go rough the airline up some more as 90 minutes doing that would be somewhat uncomfortable.

We have held on having a coffee until 9.39-9.45.
