Instead of clicking on the link to the form under the "To Do List" on the right side, if you instead click on manage your reservation and then click the link to the form under each individual guest name, you will not receive the error. I also got a message that my passport was about to exp---I also called this morning-all is OK - passport also OK for the record on file.
