Early morning exercise classes

Does anyone do these that are listed in the Horizon for about 7 in the morning? Are they worth doing? I assume they are free classes and that due to the early time not that many attend?

Don't know about any being free. My other half uses the gym everyday and its free with a reasonable choice of equipment. however he likes the bikes and invariably they are not working or damaged by people who don't know how to use them correctly. There are spinning classes for a fee.

I hope I'm not one of the people that you are referring to, but how do you use a bike incorrectly. Adjust the seat,sit and pedal are the only instructions necessary

Talking about the Britannia bikes. The other half likes a couple of them in particular and is a keen cyclist. Im not technical and don't cycle so don't shoot the messenger!
