Carnival Valor in Early December

Has anyone cruised out of Galveston on the Carnival Valor in Early December, it goes to Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico. I am just curious to how the Weather will be in Galveston and If it will be 80 degrees in Cozumel? And did you have a good time? What is the Ocean temp like?

We have many times & it's never the same. Start looking at forecasts 2 weeks to prior. Also look up weather history of Cozumel etc. It should be warm.

We went to Cozumel from Galveston in Feb about 3 years ago. Weather in Galveston was cold and raining. Weather in Cozumel over 80 and beautiful.

We go to Cozumel every January and it is usually cold and rainy leaving Galveston but Cozumel is wonderful! Primarily the 80's high maybe 85. Its just right for the beach!

You should worry about fog not temp.

Does the Fog get that dense? and do they delay the whole cruise or do they cancel them??

We sailed January last year. It was raining the day before and there was fog. Our sailing was not delayed but we heard that the sailing before us arrived at port earlier to avoid the fog.
