Indoorcycling Riviera

Do they have Indoorcycling classes at the Riviera? If so does anyone know what kind of pedals the bikes have, is it the ones where one can "klick" his shoe in or is it regular?

Took a great class with Alex yesterday at 5:00pm. Can wear regular sneakers. Only 2 more group classes this cruise. Sign up at Canyon Ranch desk. $11 surcharge, but worth it imho. Also can cycle solo any time there is not a group class taking place.

Thank you for the quick replay! You say one can wear sneakers but is it possible to use proper cycling shoes with the SPD system? I don't want do bring my cycling shoes if I don't have any use for them!
