St Lucia Island Experience questions

We are on the 30 January Yachtsman Caribbean sailing and I'm wondering about the private WS event on St Lucia. Can anyone tell me if this is a morning or afternoon event? When would suggest to do a tour if you want to participate in the beach BBQ?

We have been on the Panama cruise beach BBQ event but that was an all day event with no other options. I'm thinking about a private tour company vs the ships tours and was wondering the timing. Thanks for your help!

Last year I did an excursion joining the beach party later. They made sure we arrived in time to enjoy the party but I am not this year as the party was really a lot of fun.

Hi Ski Mom 2, Now that you are back, do you recall the times they had the beach bbq set up? Beginning and ending?

The beach BBQ was an all day event. The crew went over early to set up so by the time the passengers came over it was done. The actual food part went from 12 noon - 2 pm although there wasn't a lot left by 2 pm. They shut down the bar and started packing everything up maybe around 3:30/4 pm. It was fun watching the crew packing it up to go back. It's amazing how it all fit together!

Thanks. That's exactly what I wanted to know. Sounds graet. When you say that "event" is going all day...are you discussing the water toys or something else?
