The newest cruise line is Victory Cruise Lines currently operating one luxury ship, the Victory I, cruising the Great Lakes in the Summer and Cuba in the Winter. Here's a video I made of my recent cruise this past September cruising out of Montreal to Chicago aboard the Victory I.

The vessel was built as Cape May Light for Delta Queen Coastal Voyage (a subsidiary of American Classic Voyages). The vessel only operated from April 2001 til October 2001 when the company went bankrupt. The boat lay idle for years with various plans coming up until Haimark Line started a new cruise line and operated the vessel under the name Saint Laurent starting in May 2015. On June 18th, 2015 the vessel hit a lock wall near Massena. This was the end of Haimark Line. The vessel never came back into operation. Now it´s called Victory and is running for the new company Victory Cruise Lines. Back "onboard" is Bruce Nierenberg who was also working for Delta Queen Steamboat Company.

So far Victory Cruise Lines does not have a permission for the announced Cuba sailings - which were supposed to start in December.
