Without the full itinary probably not.

There will be no duty free if there is not an international port on the itinerary. BTW, Willis Island is considered as a International port.

That itinerary doesnt include Willis Island, so guessing no duty free would be available or TRS refunds. Stops are Newcastle, Airlie Beach & Brisbane.

In that case there will be no duty free, they may still sell some of their wares, just not duty free items like the alcohol or cigarettes.

Hi you have to leave Australia to get gst refund :) and spend $300 in one shop etc
