Cititavecchia trip ideas for those not wanting to go to Rome

Hi there

I am not planning going to Rome when we dock at Cititavecchia. Does anyone recommend things to do, We are a couple travelling with a 7 yr old boy, so something that included him would be fab.

 

We do like a bit of history/beach/short electric safe bike rides? Maybe something a little different and fun?
