Not 8002 but there are photos of 9002 on ********************

Here is a video of 8002

And here is a video of the matching cabin 8202

And 8202 on the Sun

Hope that helps. Have never stayed in any of them so can't comment.

Many thanks Max. JUST what I was looking for. Somewhat embarrassed now that I didn't even think to search anywhere OFF cruisecritic!

I have lots of recent pics of 8002 from a recent trip. I took pics of the bedroom, living room, bathroom, & balcony from multiple angles. Since a video has already been posted, I'm not going to upload them. But, if you want to see them, I'd be happy to do it. Let me know.

Thanks King, but as you said, the video pretty well covers it.

Can you see over the balcony railing while sitting in the furniture at the table?

Were your experiences with the staff pleasant?

Forget what I said. I'm so sorry, but I was not in 8002 (forward penthouse). We booked cabin 8002, but then upgraded to 8277 (aft penthouse). My pics would have been very confusing for you, as it would have looked like the ship was sailing backwards very fast. lol. The forward and aft penthouses bear absolutely NO resemblance to each other.

If the balcony rail is the same height in the front, as it is on the aft, you probably won't be able to see over it while seated.

Here is a thread with some of my pics of the aft penthouse. There is one or two of the balcony, so you'll be able to see the height of the rail vs the loungers. I expect the balcony rail height to be standard for all cabins. The front penthouses have a solid steel balcony rail.

Again, sorry for any confusion. If you are interested....you might check out the aft penthouses. They have a separate living room and bedroom, more space, and a killer view.

You can't from 9002, I assume that you wouldn't from 8002 either.
