Dress Code Question

Hi All,

 

I am reading the dress code for casual evening on p&o and they say No Trainers. what do they class as trainers? Would I be allowed to wear these...

Well, I have some Ralph Lauren ones similar to these but in leather, and I shall be wearing those.

They probably cost more than a normal pair of shoes anyway. :D

Well it's very kind of your friend Ralph to lend you his shoes, but how do you know how much he paid for them. But I wouldn't worry if I where you, I don't think they ask about cost when dining.:D

You will have no problems at all. I have worn almost identical Converse and nobody even cast a glance, let alone said anything.

Thats a shame and explains why dress standards are dropping.

 

Fine on any other night, but no way are they appropriate for a formal night. Made of leather or not. Costapacket or not.

I do apologise.....wrist slapped :o .

 

But i have seen these on formal nights....unfortunately. Think they are fab anytime else...DH has a pair.

I wore my Vans last week on Oceana nearly every night, except on Black tie night
