Will this be her last year

Just had a look at St martin cruise schedule, Celebration booked once again late April 2019 must be home based in the Dominican Republic again could it be her last year, when Explorer 2 join,s the fleet just a thought.

Looking at Venetian Vistas on her Sep 2018 no sea days and three new ports for us and our favourite port korcula so will be a good farewell.

They spent a great deal of money upgrading her a few years ago. Would they have done that if they were planning to get rid of her?

Charming 'little' ship, but now having been on the Discovery can see how selling Celebration to customers might increasingly be an uphill fight. She will obviously always have her fans, and it was noticeable how much her crew loved her, but she is dated in places and the dining options are not the best, particularly when the main dining room is occasionally closed.

sure one of capts on celebration said they have the drem and celeration til2020

Celebration was my first cruise ship so I have a soft spot for her, however I no longer like the bad location of the single cabins so she is off limits. With Mein Schiff 2 arriving in 2019 they will have 4 better ships so it will be time to retire Dream and Celebration.

Please could I ask what is wrong with the single cabins. I have one booked for August. Thank you, Stephen.

Back near the engines and propellers. The noise varies from cabin to cabin but if you are a light sleeper it might be advisable to take earplugs.

Thank you. I generally sleep easily so hopefully I will be fine. Also after a drink I sleep very soundly. It is only four nights so not too long.
