Concierge- Contact

Could someone please tell me when does the concierge contact suite passengers for dinning times? I am leaving in two weeks

If you are in a grandsuite or above- you might get an e-mail. You surely will if you are at the highest suite level.

Our experience, when the concierge does contact us, has been sometime during the week before the cruise.

They may or may not so if you have any requests, I wouldn't wait for them. Each ship has at least one email address for the concierge.

We were on the 4/16/17 Allure sailing. The concierge emailed us 6 days before we sailed.

Same here. You should do this yourself. Only time we asked for concierge assistance was when we couldn't get a reservation for a specialty restaurant. We asked onboard and he was able to get us one. Once we were never contacted.
