20 days.

 

Red.. Great job! Losing most of your cruise weight so

fast.

 

I stayed the same this week. Need to try harder. Know I'm

not exercising enough...like none as this time.

 

Standing ovation to you all that exercise each day or at

least some of the days of the week.

 

Hope more people come in this week. We miss you when you

don't come in.

Good morning all, down 2lbs again to 190 - steady wins the race, right? :)

 

Set a goal of 195 for end of January (and 180 for end of April) so I'm ahead of schedule and hoping to keep it that way, however...

 

Not to shout out, but it's (another) bday weekend, so it's going to take some serious discipline to stick to the plan. Pretty sure I can avoid the typical sweets, but I'm up for some major protein overload - like a Brazilian BBQ or such. I just keep thinking how victorious Monday would feel if I stick it out and enjoy the company instead of the food!

 

Have 2 range sessions reserved on Saturday and Sunday to break in my present:

So one day with the missus and my son, the next with my daughter and a buddy. (Might have to smoke that Cuban too!:D)

Hi everyone, good job to all for your efforts and yes shootr its better to go slow and steady.. I am down 8lbs so far and that's with lots of exercise otherwise my pasta and meatballs would have thrown me off track... Lets all keep it up and stay motivated...

Great going, lots of losers this week! I lost 1.4 lbs probably due to being under the weather.:( I'm now in the 150's & want to be 146/7 at some point.

Was having a pity party for myself yesterday. I'm calling it the prednisone blues....had prednisone last week (and a zpack) cuz of a sinus infection, ended up wearing off and out of my system yesterday. So it was back to reality and felt my aches and pains again. (Got in a car accident in August, was rear ended, the guy totaled my car, pushed me into the car in front of me jacked my back up pretty good. Been seeing a massage therapist and chiropractor, starting to feel better and slipped and fell on the ice last week, hence more aches and pains and accident flare up) So everything just hit me yesterday, I ate my feelings. I allowed myself that day to be bad.

Brought my water, 4 C. by noon is the goal, snacking on edamame too. Determined not to undo what I have accomplished so far. I've got a cruise in 3 weeks!! :D

Hey Aratski, sorry for your, sorry to hear about your pain. I understand not feeling motivated with your meds. I spent most of last year with no feeling in my left leg due to my siatic nerve pinched from a few herniated discs, after finally getting approval to get the surgery had it in September only took 4 days off work then cruised a month later. Now back to the gym everyday.. Sounds like your back on track and ready to get in shape in time for your sailing... I am sure you can accomplish your goals... Take care Rob
