Paradise Lost

Very disappointing experience with Comfort Suites Paradise Island this am. Arrived with reservation confirmation in hand only to be told their system was down and they could not check us in nor could they give us our "pink card" necessary to check into the waterpark at Atlantis. Maybe their system was down. Or maybe this is just a new way of disallowing the day guests they have allowed to check in for so long. They did, however, cancel my reservation without charge. After wasting time there, walked over to Atlantis and bought their day pass for only about $30 more. I spoke with several people at the Comfort Suites and no one was of any help. Just beware: it could happen to you!

That stinks. It must have been so frustrating wasting your time trying to get that worked out.
