Disrupting the Celebrity Community: A Message From the Community Manager

Hello everyone:

I'm sure you all know it is very rare for me to post something about the behavior we have been witnessing on our Celebrity forum.

For whatever reason, there seem to be a few members who are constantly disrupting conversations to push their own agendas; even posting off-topic in an effort to push someone's buttons. Also, I see a great deal of posts that address other members, rather than the issue of the discussion.

At this point, we are closely monitoring discussions to locate specific members who appear to do this over and over. They will receive "informational emails" from our team.

We expect everyone to treat each other with respect. There are many other cruise/travel forums where "anything goes"; Cruise Critic isn't one of them. If you receive an email from us, we ask that you review your participation and decide if, in fact, you are a contributing member of our cruise community.
