Cunard transfer from Rome to Civitavecchia

We will be using the Cunard transfer from the Royal Santina Hotel to Civitavecchia. We are told to arrive by 12:00 noon and will depart at 12:30.

Do we need to arrive earlier than noon?

Do they meet in the lobby of the hotel?

We have done the Cunard transfer from London to Southampton several times and worked great. We found getting there earlier allowed us to get on the first bus out of London.

Is there more than one bus from Rome?

I have no first hand knowledge of this but I would be there by 11.30. The number of buses will I guess depend on how may people have booked the transfer.

We took a Cunard transfer from a different hotel in central Rome to Civitavecchia last year. We assembled with our luggage in a room with comfortable seating just off the hotel lobby. There were clear signposts organised by Cunard. The coach left on the dot of 12.30 so there was absolutely no need to arrive any earlier than 12.00 noon.

In our case, there was only one coach and it was about half full.
