Snorkel tour with later times in Cabo

I'm trying to get a snorkel tour for our family of 5 in our first port day in Cabo which is a Monday. We get in at 9:30am. The snorkel tour through the ship doesn't allow kids under 8 and I've got a 6 year old with us. The excursions through other sites (Johann & Sandra, shore excursions group) leave at 9:00 am.

Does anyone have a recommendation for another way/place to get a snorkel tour a little later in the day?

Your best bet will be to arrange with a water taxi once you get onshore. All of the private excursions leave at 10 am local, 9 am ship time.

Not sure when you are cruising, but the water is chilly right now.
