Loreto snorkel

Would love some feedback from those with direct experience about the quality of snorkeling near Loreto, Mexico. It seems like a designated marine park would have some awesome snorkeling, but some reports from Isla Coronado are that there isn't much variety in the fish. What about Isla Danzante?

We are experienced snorkelers -- we've been to the GBR, Tahiti -- so we understand that there won't be the colorful coral of those places. Just wondering if we should snorkel or choose some other activity like kayaking or hiking.
