British Colonial Hilton Day Pass Payment

Visiting BCH next week. I am just wondering if anyone who has recently been there can tell me if when you get to the hotel and make your payment do they want cash, credit card or can you choose how you pay. TIA for the help. Should add that I already made reservations through island marketing

The resort for a day website states that they will not accept cash only credit cards. I would venture to guess that would be the same regardless of how you booked.
