Cigars in ST Thomas

Hello any info on reliable trust worthy Cigar merchants /stores in St Thomas ?

You have to be careful of the quality of any Cuban cigars bought outside of Cuba. There are actually counterfeits that have something that looks like an official Cuban ring.

I'm an avid cigar smoker, if my handle doesn't already give it away.

There are cigar shops on St Thomas but to be honest, you're better off buying at home as they are going to be more expensive than what you will find at home. I don't recall ever seeing any Caribbean rolled cigars - I have purchased local fresh rolleds in San Juan, PR though. Not sure what DP is unless you mean DR.

And as you probably already know, as STT is a US Territory, you won't find Cuban cigars on the island. If you are there long enough, you can find your way to one of the BVI's and you'll find them there - for a hefty price.

I agree with herfnerd. Since you are will be in a US territory unless you purchase in the British Vigin Island you won't find Cuban cigars. In BVI you wil find but at approx. $30 a stick! They are good but to me...not that good!

Thanks all, just doing some week end fishing at Red Hook and I know we cant get the Cubans on St Thomas,

was just inquiring on an honest smoke shop for some DR's cigars that are fresh and not counterfeits.

Dynasty Dazzlers and Captain's Corner, both on Main St will have cigars. Prepare for sticker shock though. If you can bring your own, that would be best.......
