I know this is 3 years late, but this information might help someone else.

We booked with Adventure Eagle Tours in November 2016. We ended up not paying anything, because after waiting for him to show up for 45 minutes, we left.

We were told to look for someone holding a sign on the pier. We walked all over looking for someone and ended up going to the Information building to find out if they knew where to wait. The gentleman told us that he knew William well and would call him. After his phone call, he told us to wait in the building and William would come there to get us. After 2 more phone calls and the arrival of 2 of the 3 other couples who were supposed to go on the tour with us, we left.

When we got home, I read all of the reviews on Trip Advisor and noticed that this was not the first time. He also seems to do a small bait and switch, promising a van for 8 and putting you on a full size bus with 30+ strangers.

I wouldn't recommend.
