Upgrades.

If you are a member of Le Club Voyage (LCV), which you can join after you have done 1 cruise with Azamara, you can apply for an upgrade on any cruise you have booked.

If you are offered it, you pay $398.

We have had one of these, getting an upgrade from Oceanview to Verandah stateroom. On our last cruise we were booked in a verandah cabin and applied for the upgrade, but were not offered it. I guess that's 'cos lots of people apply and there are fewer Club Continent Suites than verandah staterooms.

Apparently they offer upgrades based on the number of LCV points you have - the more cruises you've done, the more points you have.

Hello amespana, and welcome to our CC forum!

Here's the link to the webpage with information on our Upgrade Program. If you are a LCV Member, there's no harm in applying. You'll only pay the $398 per stateroom if you are upgraded a category.

We are currently booked on a B2B2B in an aft-facing veranda which we are so looking forward to. If we submit the form and are selected for an upgrade, would it likely only be for one of the legs rather than all 3? Also, do you have to take the upgrade if you are not happy with the room location offered?

You can join lcv prior to your first cruise and apply for the upgrade for your first cruise.

The upgrade is only good for one cruise. We had an upgrade given to us for our 2nd of a B2B2B cruise. So we had to move twice but it was well worth it.:)
