Can air be added later?

We have an Oceania cruise booked for February. Made the booking 2 months ago. At the time, we received a $300 credit pp for not using Oceania's air. Now they have a special where secondary airports are free. Thinking of seeing what type of flights Oceania might have...if they would allow us to add it back on. Is there someplace online where we can check the flights and cost before calling them?

So does that mean we have no say in the flight? We can pay a deviation fee on other cruiselines if we book through them. We would want to fly in a day prior, as well.

As to your initial question, can you get flights now after already accepting the credit, sorry I don't know. your TA will know. Don't know your exact sailing date but you are likely in the 120 day penalty phase now or it could have been simpler to just cancel and rebook, also assuming their is room for you to do that IF O said no.

If O will let you change your mind and add on air and pay back the credit and give you the new offer (local gateway) then you have good options. If you do check that out it would be great if you would report back.

As for 'can you see what O has for (the included) flights', no. As per the previous post O picks them and tells you what you'll get closer to sailing.

BUT, yes, you CAN purchase a deviation, pick your flights and fly the day, or several days before and after the cruise.

l'll guess even though you initially declined their "free" air if you want to buy flight deviations they will assist.

If you have a TA then you must have your agent work with O on your behalf. Otherwise give O a call directly.

There are many threads on how their deviation works. The process is not nearly as confusing as some of the posts.

Let us know how you make out with the change request.

You probably can add the air for a fee maybe not the same $$ as the credit you recieved

You can choose your flights if you pay the deviations fee after you & O decide what flights they can get & you accept them

If you fly in the day of then they get to choose the flights

Ask your TA to check what the cost will be to add the flights & check what you can DIY ... then decide

Thanks all!

This was the reason we did not book the flights to begin with. I had forgotten. DH is so OCD, he could never wait.

We will check flights on our own...getting close and almost within the 120 day mark. If all else fails, we will use points to purchase the flights.
