Just off 6/2/17. Talk of Mary Kay charters coming up for Chinese & Russians.

New HD Henry seems to be doing a good job of improving things. Service & food

was noticeable between last leg of world cruise & the next (down) til Henry got to work on

this last segment.

Had dinner with Henry several times on the last sector of the World. He was an excellent dinner guest and was very interested in our impression of this years world and when we finally left was on hand to say bye ( he did not have to do that but it was a nice thought). Look like he is settling into this most demanding of roles.

On the leg after the World Cruise I saw Norman mostly having meals with other staff members... I hardly saw hosted tables as much as in other cruises...except for entertainment staff, international hostesses, etc.... am I wrong? Many times I saw staff having meals together....

It was just the changing of the guard. His grandson was on board & he was anxious to spend some time with him plus he was really looking tired. I think he will be back in the fall.

I've been told that with the exception of the WC segments, .Norman is retired.
