House Select

We are considering our first ever cruise on Oceania, on the Marina.

We would be taking the House Select Drinks Package which is being offered.

I believe this means that we can have any wine or beer off the bar/restaurant lists with lunch and dinner.

Is this correct and does it include the fortified wines like port and sauternes please?
