Theme nights on Cruises?

Just wondering if there are still any cruises that have "Theme Nights"?
I will be sailing on GOS May 31/04, and a packing list I saw, had "Theme Outfit" mentionnned. Not sure if this is a thing of the past, or...
Does anyone know?

Back in the day, Carnival would have a number of theme nights each cruise. This is a thing of the past.

Royal does theme nights but the only one people dress for is the Caribbean colors where they wear hawaiin shirts. The theme night is geared towards the meals.
