Embarkation

I think you need to book embarkation assistance, and then you will be given a time...which may be different to what you have already.if you dont tell them in advance you will probably have to wait until a free slot becomes available.

If you have already booked assistance then the 3pm should be your time.

I am sure someone else will have better first hand knowledge than me though!

We are registered for mobility assistance, and on our May cruise on Azura, we got out the car at 1.40 for a 3.30 slot went to the mobilty who had someone there and was in our cabin at 2pm.

Lucky we did because that was the day they had the scare in the terminal and every body in there was evacuated

If you have booked assistance you go to the guy with the clipboard at the mobility section. If you are there before your e ticket time they will get you on board as quick as they can. If somebody comes along with an earlier check in time than yours then they obviously go on before you. Our time was 3pm but were on board 25 mins after the check in desk opened. Just sit patiently and you will be on before you know it.
