What time does activity booking open?

Hi All,

Our first Disney cruise is approaching and I received a notice saying I can book activities starting August 28th. Does anyone know what time that booking starts? Maybe 12:01 AM EST????

I should have been a little clearer in my question. When I said activities I meant Palo's and child care.

Both the on line check in and excursion/activity booking windows open at midnight, eastern time. Usually.

There are times when one or the other is delayed, anywhere from 10 minutes to 6 hours.

My experience also you must log into your reservation after midnight. If you are already logged in prior to that time, the system thinks it's still before your correct time, and just clicking "refresh" doesn't do it.
