Newbie questions

Hi - I am a seasoned cruiser but have mainly been with RCL. I will on the Eclipse out of Southampton. Are there any major differences in embarkation procedure I need to be prepared for or anything else you can think of? :)

Very similar, just make sure you pick up your free glass of bubbly on boarding - one of the many nice touches on Celebrity!

Thank you :-) For the life of me, I can't see luggage labels anywhere yet. It isn't till October but I thought they would have been printable by now. I have done everything on line direct, so have no TA to fall back on. Any ideas?

We are sailing 9/24 and were just able to order our luggage labels last week.

Welcome to Cruise Critic. Your signature doesn't indicate where you live but if in the US or Canada you can order tags online. They usually become available 49 days prior to your cruise. You will also receive an e-mail with your cruise documents and there you will find printable tags. Be sure to go to the Celebrity site and fill out your online registration.

And, if you still can't get the luggage tags, the porters have plenty!

Contact Celebrity if you haven't received documents via e-mail 30 days before your cruise.

Complete your check in and then on your celebrity log in your edocs will be available. The luggage tags are within the document as celebrity don't post them out in the uk

You can't order luggage labels over here any longer. As Tigger stated above, print them from your edocs online - usually towards the end of the booklet.

I had my luggage labels around a month before they Are in the back of your edicts you receive then you have to print them(in colour) enjoy

Easy to buy little reusable plastic luggage labels on line....strong metal fasteners. Much more secure than stapling paper ones on and less messy than laminating them!
