Grouper

I've had grouper twice in my life. From what I remember it was delicious. On my upcoming Caribbean cruise I will have the chance to have it in Fort Lauderdale or in one of the ports. Anyone here have an opinions on it? I hope it's as good as I remember!

We had baked red grouper in Lake Mary Florida. It was tasty and meat was soft.

Grouper is a white, flaky fish...nice and mild.

Grouper is the choice fish! I live in Florida and it is a staple. Go find it! Make sure it is fresh, worth the price.
