Gaylords at the Kilohana Plantation is nice, but I think any of the sunset Napali Coast dinner cruises are just as good as any sit down dinner, with better views. We did one for our 30th with Captain Andy's, and I'd do it again in a heart beat.

Tidepools at the Grand Hyatt has great food and the scenery is picture perfect. They usually have someone singing and playing in the entryway to the hotel with the ocean as a backdrop and you can have a seat and listen before your meal. You can walk down and dip your toes in the ocean after your meal.

We discovered the Grand Hyatt in Kauai while we were on a cruise on the POA. While having breakfast the morning we docked in Kauai the waiter asked what our plans were and told us if at all possible visit the Grand Hyatt. We took his advice and have been back to the hotel several times.
