RCCI won't prebook make up and hair?!

i am getting married aboard the allure in 3 weeks and I wanted to have my 3 bridesmaids and I all get hair and makeup done together and I want to pay for it. My wedding coordinator told me she can't set this up and that we should all go on the first day to make appts. We get married at 3pm on day 2!!! This seems crazy to me! Does anyone have previous experience?!

You can't make spa appointments until you're onboard. It's first come, first served, so make them early.
