We were on the Sapphire for a month in November and I loved it. I do remember one time a few years ago, can't remember the ship, where it was awful.

That is what I thought but she insisted that she had to buy something. We have picked ours up at the port three times with no charge. We bought some wrist medallion holders from Amazon and put ours in them when we get them. I don't know what she was doing wrong. Thank you.

I have a question about the medallion....I was talking to a friend today who is going on the Sun shortly. She was complaining that she had to buy a medallion holder. I told her that it comes with a lanyard and we have our own holders and don't get charged anything when we pick it up at check-in. She insisted that she had to buy something even though she was picking it up at check-in. Is that correct or did she do something wrong? We have picked ours up at the port on three cruises and didn't have to pay anything.

I think the excursion was $200 pp and they had two people so that was the $400 credit. I also think the $1,100 amount is probably the total for this excursion and some other ones that they booked.

I don't know the answer and don't mean to be snarky???...but if you really want one or the other I would just take some from home. Those little packets don't take up much room.

Does anyone know where the tender docks in St Anthony? Is there anything within walking distance?

Thank you. I only have one at the moment. I will be booking a short cruise in the next few days and a more expensive one later for 2025. We are going on one in July so I'll just buy another one then and book the one for 2025 after that.

I usually use a future cruise credit that I bought onboard when booking a cruise. If you don't have any is the deposit a percentage of the cruise fare or is it a set amount like $500?

This is a little off topic but on the Emerald last month there was a nice feature that we hadn't had before. When you stepped out of bed a little light went on to light the floor up from the bottom of the nightstand. I liked that.

I'm so very sorry for your medical problems and hope that you will be able to cruise again in the future. Having said that, and it sounds like your experience with customer service was horrible, I actually had a good experience yesterday. We each bought two future cruise credits when we were on a cruise over last Christmas. One of them is being used for a cruise next July. Our accounts didn't show the other one so I called about it. We went on a cruise last month and for some reason I thought we had booked it before our cruise last December when we bought the credits so I called to ask about them. The girl was very helpful and I was wrong - we used them for our last cruise. Anyway...she was very professional and helpful so maybe it depends on who you get. Also...I was happy to see that I could get an answer on a Sunday.

This is off subject but I think this cruise is going through the Panama Canal and ending up in New York. We are supposed to start our cruise on the 9th. Have you gone through the canal yet and if not is there any talk of a delay? I heard that there was a big back up getting through. Hopefully it is only for ships that don't have reservations and I assume that Princess would have one.

Thank you for answering my question. For some reason I hadn't noticed the Air Booking Number on the confirmation from Princess EZair. It was right there in front of me. I went to the United website and put it in and the information came up so now I'll know what to do when the time comes. I feel much better now.

It has been several years since we have used EZ-Air and I can't remember. We are flying on September 7th. Will we get an e-mail before then regarding our flights? How do we print our boarding passes? Any help you can give would be appreciated. How about the luggage fees? Can we just pay for them when we get to the airport?
