Hi. I’m going to ask a stupid question, but am hopeful that someone can help with this. Does Cunard (specifically Queen Mary 2) have “wet cleaning” onboard? Has anyone ever used it? If so, how was it? What kind of things did you have wet cleaned? How does it compare to dry cleaning on land? I've been leery about trying it on other ships for fear that it would ruin my clothes. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

In another recent thread regarding this topic someone posted that they had been booked on the Toulon to Miami cruise (which I was booked on) and received an offer of a 20% discount on another 2024 cruise. I only received a 15% discount offer, which offer is discussed in this thread. I have asked the poster of the 20% discount statement if they could provide further information about it, but my request wasn't that long ago and I haven't received a response yet. I wondered whether anyone else had received or heard about a 20% discount on a 2024 cruise? Thanks.

Could you share any details about your offer -- how you received it; whether it was from a notification from Crystal; whether you would be willing to share any such a notification; etc. Perhaps it's something I could pursue via my travel agent. Hi, Keith. I was on the La Seyne to Miami cruise. The notice from Crystal that was forwarded to me by my travel agent says that this cruise was cancelled. It then provides various options, including "moving to the new voyage" that Serenity now has going to Miami.

So sweet of you to do this. I greatly appreciate it. Hopefully someone from Crystal will read it and be responsive. Thanks again.
