Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. You need to talk to Celebrity or your TA. With the recently added Retreat Privilege program they may view this differently than in the past.
  2. I would keep an eye on Silversea and see what they do mid 2026. Although their Jan-March 2026 Galapagos just released in Nov 2023 so it will be a while.
  3. Nothing official has been provided by Celebrity yet but there has been zero mention of anything other than Flora for the 2026 cruises that were just released.
  4. Which would be expected. I haven’t actually seen factual rates yet but I would be extremely surprised if they simply reduced the fare by the retail (Cruise Planner) price of Premium drinks and Premium WiFi. If anyone was expecting suite prices to suddenly be significantly reduced, I’m afraid they may be disappointed.
  5. It shouldn’t matter in this case. Delta has policies for TA booked tickets. If the schedule change meets the guidelines they will rebook. This website is probably overkill but the policies are here: https://pro.delta.com/content/agency/us/en/policy-library.html It still leaves me with the impression her ticket doesn’t qualify for a free change based on the requirements which is why they kick it back to Celebrity. If that’s not the case, I would press it with Delta not Celebrity.
  6. If the original arrival into the LHR is the same and the JFK connection is legal, I'm missing something to see why Delta would allow a complimentary change. It wouldn't meet any of the guidelines. A delay of 120 minutes or more A change in the routing of a scheduled Delta flight which adds one or more stops to the original itinerary A change in equipment from Delta Mainline to Delta Connection carrier Any change that causes a misconnect If a flight cancels and no comparable or acceptable routing is available within 120 minutes This isn't really a Flights by Celebrity issue. She can call Delta and see what they will do instead of trying to self serve it.
  7. That description has been there for quite some time. There was a thread at one point around the whole butler fiasco saying that it meant Sky Suites were no longer allowed in Retreat/Michael's Club like the old days. That never came to fruition.
  8. A move to even one Adult Only ship would be opposite of what is currently being pushed to book cabins with 3rd and 4ths passengers. Many of the triple and quad cabins are blocked out on cruises where they think may have substantially more kids.
  9. Solos are unique but for doubles it's rare that it works out best to book Cruise Only than add WiFi and Drinks but many people still do it for whatever reason. I think they need to go back to a tiered offering with a more appropriate name but that also becomes too much math for people.
  10. A new brand campaign comes out the week before the 4/17 date mentioned for this Zenith change. Purely speculating, but All Included needs to go. I don't think there will be a major shift in what they offer or how they offer it, but this may tie in with that adjustment.
  11. Timelines and what the Cruise Only rate actually looks like are TDB. More to come in the next few weeks.
  12. Summit and Reflection were just released. That is usually prime time to find the rates that may be a mistake or very very low.
  13. There are rotating 3/4 night cruises all the way through April 2026. Not sure why they aren't viewable on the website right now.
  14. I haven't followed if this was discussed or not but there are some adjustments coming. Zenith members that book The Retreat will be able to access cruise-only rates. If a Zenith has a Retreat booking they will be able to adjust to the cruise-only price in April A Zenith lunch on every cruise Also some priority reservation perk at Daniel Boulud restaurants on land
