Oceania doesn't charge for specialty restaurants but Azamara does. Oceania also allows you to make reservations before you sail and on Azamara you can only book once onboard. And no reservations are required on either line for the evening shows.

It's usually 6 months out but I'm still waiting for July cruise to post the excursions. And yes you an pay with OBC.

My cruise to Norway on The Quest was cancelled because the dry dock schedule was changed. We were told it was for required maintenance.

The Quest will be in dry dock the end of July when it was scheduled to do a Norway Extensive cruise. I was originally booked on this cruise and it was cancelled in November.

Double Oops--The Quest cruise started on Sept. 24, 2025 in Lisbon.

I just received an email that said this cruise has been cancelled because their Canada & New England trips are so popular they're adding the Onward to these journeys. I booked this trip to coincide with a Portugal River Cruise & this was the only cruise where the dates matched. To add insult to injury I was also booked on the July 2024 Quest trip to Norway that was cancelled. I was able to rebook that trip but my TA is still dealing the getting written confirmation about the promos & OBC that I have. This company is getting very difficult to deal with and I'm extremely reluctant to every sail with them again.

I was able to rebook to the Journey for 7/24 but I had to go from a V1 to a V3. The bad part which my TA is trying to resolve is that we booked the trip will on The Quest in January 2023 & at the moment we have lost the early booking, book on board, loyalty discounts and also the Essentials Package. I can see loosing these promos if I cancelled the trip but Azamara did the cancelling. Not a good business move.

In January we sailed from Auckland to Sydney but because the ship's hull didn't pass environmental concerns we lost 2 "ports". They added an extra day in 2 ports, gave each passenger $100 OBC & also a FCC. It's very disappointing when a long planned trip gets changed at the last minute but remember that when you're given lemons make lemonade. I'm sure you'll still have a great time.

I just cancelled and rebooked 1 excursion. The OBC was immediate and I would use it for the "new" booking. The email acknowledging the cancellation said the credit card refund could take up to 30 days. Just hope the refund goes smoothly.
