Free wine in Cucina del Capitano on Mardi Gras?

Haven't cruised on Carnival in a while and my husband and I just booked on Mardi Gras. In the past, we've taken advantage of the free wine offered on the first and second nights in the Steakhouse and/or Cucina del Capitano. Is this still available? -
Crib too cramped in a standard balcony room?

We did the same thing when we cruised with our 1-year-old. We had a balcony so my husband and I hung out together out there while the little one was napping. Worked out perfectly.
