  1. Outstanding observation and advice. This is exactly what I am doing since we opted for a Sanctum Spa pass at $150 per couple which gives us unrestricted access to a private deck that has an outdoor a salt water whirlpool hot tub along with an area with chaise lounges for quiet conversation and sun. Off of this area is the locker room you mentioned that has an ample sized shower, steam room as well as lockers for storing a change of clothes. included in this locker is a full length robe and water slippers for showering and walking about the locker and deck area. I understand that the area I describe above is included with certain suite cabins (specific cabins I am not aware). Indeed an option to the mini shower in our cabin. In short, with time and experience options are discovered. Thank you for your contribution. Cheers
  2. Many thanks taking the time to share constructive/productive information. I suppose it’s our first time in this (whatever type it is) cabin with the minimal bathroom dimension. We too are onboard as I write and looking around - confident many in this cabin type and similar are definitely not fitting in this shower thus not showering. I will say the cloth shower curtain is a good fit in the space for all the reasons you quoted. I will look into the resources you offer - again, thank you. It strikes me as suspicious why such detail requires an archeological dig. Truly enjoying the sailing despite the shower challenge (thankfully we also sign up for the Spa facilities-obc to the rescue😀) good day JB
  3. Thank you. I go back to the question: if known, is there a website where this bathroom size detail is shown?
  4. Ahhhh. I do not wish to complain rather report a cabin detail that I was not aware of going into my cabin selection. I do not recall reading a detail on Cabin Bathrooms nor finding one anywhere. If you know of one, I would appreciate the link for my reading. We booked late (finding someone to watch our cats delayed our reservation process). Normally we would select a balcony or suite cabin. Not savvy with categories for each line. Though I believe if I scour this website I will soon be. Cheers
  5. 12Apr23 onboard the Pursuit sailing around the greek islands as of this writing staying in 7006. True anchor and thrusters are definitely heard and depending on time of day (would most likely disturb your sleep). Not so much an issue for us. The size of the bathroom, in particular the shower, is my main concern. As Rodney Dangerfield once joked, my house is so small I need to go outside to change my mind. In 7006 you squeezed into this shower. Not impossible though as close as you can come. Point being, would not have booked the cabin had I realized this aspect. Like the Forward Port location. Size of the Cabin indeed tight yet we do not normally spend a great deal of time in the cabin only to sleep, shower (you know that story). Do not mind not having a balcony (slightly chilly during this sailing 50-60F). The Pursuit is an easy ship to navigate. In closing and not related to the cabin, finding the food rather blaze’ or mediocre. First time on Azamara and not impressed with taste of food. Speciality Dining (of which there are two) again, pedestrian after two experiences (1 in Aqualina (my Rigatoni was clearly taken from the Applebees kitchen) and Prime C struggled as well. In summary, when the Pool Side Grill and Buffet Dining are superior in taste to the Speciality Dining and Main Dining options, Houston we have a problem. Will most likely chalk this experience on Azamara to “been there, done that” and move on. Will go back to Oceania for our next voyage. ahoy
  6. Thanks for sharing. Fabulous photos of the AZ Fam
