onboard the Pursuit sailing around the greek islands as of this writing staying in 7006. True anchor and thrusters are definitely heard and depending on time of day (would most likely disturb your sleep). Not so much an issue for us. The size of the bathroom, in particular the shower, is my main concern.
As Rodney Dangerfield once joked, my house is so small I need to go outside to change my mind. In 7006 you squeezed into this shower.
Not impossible though as close as you can come. Point being, would not have booked the cabin had I realized this aspect.
Like the Forward Port location. Size of the Cabin indeed tight yet we do not normally spend a great deal of time in the cabin only to sleep, shower (you know that story). Do not mind not having a balcony (slightly chilly during this sailing 50-60F).
The Pursuit is an easy ship to navigate.
In closing and not related to the cabin, finding the food rather blaze’ or mediocre.
First time on Azamara and not impressed with taste of food. Speciality Dining (of which there are two) again, pedestrian after two experiences (1 in Aqualina (my Rigatoni was clearly taken from the Applebees kitchen) and Prime C struggled as well. In summary, when the Pool Side Grill and Buffet Dining are superior in taste to the Speciality Dining and Main Dining options, Houston we have a problem.
Will most likely chalk this experience on Azamara to “been there, done that” and move on. Will go back to Oceania for our next voyage.
