Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Also check the hub app when you get onboard. You can book excursions there.
  2. On a journeys cruise you won't waste a day of vacation with debarkation/embarkation process like you do on a B2B.
  3. The Punchliner comedy club is what keeps us coming back.
  4. The CCL shareholder's annual report says mail, fax, or email. Email: shareholders@carnival.com. I submitted my request via email not long ago and it was not a problem.
  5. I have heard of this, but never tried it. Best way to find out if they will let you is to give it a try. Worst thing that can happen is that they say no.
  6. How about one of these to use with hot water from lido or room service? https://www.amazon.com/Melitta-Coffee-Single-Pour-Over-Brewer/dp/B0014CVEH6/ref=sr_1_10?crid=383FODP9P83A3&keywords=1+cup+drip+coffee+maker+melitta&qid=1701642678&sprefix=1+cup+drip+coffee+maker+melitta%2Caps%2C175&sr=8-10 Bring some baggies to put the filter and grounds.
  7. I don't get what the benefit is of downloading another app. I just submitted my request via email and received credit in about 3 days.
  8. This got me wondering. We plan to take our granddaughter who will be 17 on a round trip Seattle cruise to Alaska. Will she need a passport?
  9. I put my medications in small zip lock bags and bring the printed sheet the pharmacy gives me. Not bringing the bottles saves a lot of space.
  10. We fly in to IAH and use Galveston Express. They will pick up from most airport hotels for an additional fee, $50 this year. They also pick up at prearranged time and transport back to airport.
  11. A folding wheelchair might be an alternative.
  12. There should be a sheet with QR codes in your cabin that you can scan and get information about where to get your perks as well as the menu for room service. On our recent cruise we used the water in the room and it was charged and then zeroed out for us.
  13. We recently had 12 to 12:30 boarding time in Galveston and pretty much walked on. We are platinum so we did use priority lines, but didn't look like there was waiting for others either.
  14. We are platinum but are in no hurry to leave the ship on our upcoming cruise. Is it safe to leave our 1 or 2 tagged luggage in the terminal until we choose to debark?
