I have a sister who is a 4* Mariner and has never received a free offer. My other sister and I have only cruised with HAL a couple of times. No casino play or high onboard spending yet we get these free offers periodically. Definitely not fair to those of you who are longtime HAL cruisers.

I just wanted to thank the previous posters for their private tour suggestions. We have a Disney cruise in March and they have very few excursions on offer. I have now booked noah'sark and think it will be a great experience for us.

Sorry. I was trying to upload the menu but it's not working. I can confirm that the only GF entree option that night was lobster for an upcharge of $30

We are doing a one-way cruise from Boston to Montreal this summer. We are looking at taking the train from Montreal to Toronto Union Station after the cruise. Does anyone here have experience doing this? Can we walk from the cruise terminal to the train station without too much difficulty? Thanks for any insight.

We are doing a cruise out of Boston ending in Montreal. At what point do we have to clear Canada Customs? Do they have pre clearance in Boston or do we go through at the first Canadian port of call? Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks.

We are traveling with a group and we all booked the Have It All package. Trying to make a group dining reservation and it allows me to use complimentary dining but requires payment for the others. Is there any way around this or do we have to wait until we are onboard to book so that we can all use our dining credits? Thanks

Just added this yesterday to our sailing at the end of the month. We have already booked and paid for our HAL excursions. Will they credit our onboard account the $100 per person shore excursion credit?

I booked an Alaska cruise directly with HAL. They emailed me yesterday that my excursion into the Yukon was cancelled
