Wonder why they changed their mind about putting the Alchemy bar where the Martini bar is.

We board the 26th of this month, really anxious to hear about how the ship looked post drydock.

Just got off Paradise yesterday and was told they are putting the Alchemy bar where the martini bar is 9 Aft. Also closing library, Employees were not sure what else they would be doing.

Ugh!! I was hoping they had moved on to the next bag, I already have 6 of the Fanny Packs. Thanks for the replies.

No if you don't have the cheers package you do not need both cards. We do it all the time, which ever one of us feels like going to the bar, as long as it going on the same account it is fine.

Thanks all for your replies, I called Diamond desk back again today and said to the lady I was told previously that I could make a reservation through her for my free dinner on my upcoming cruise and she said yes and took care of it for me. So I guess it just depends on what person you get when you call. Third time was a charm.

Just turned Diamond on our last cruise and received a letter stating we get a dinner for 2 at any specialty restaurant we choose. I called diamond desk to see how it worked. I was told to call back within a week of cruise and they would make reservation so I wouldn't have to do it online and pay first. Called back today to make reservation and now told make reservation online and pay and I would get credit on ship. Has anyone had any experience with this? Which is true?

No, last day of cruise.

I'm turning diamond on the last day of my cruise, my cruise is in 10 days but my boarding pass and lugggage tags says platinum. I'm wondering will I still be recognized as diamond on that cruise or will I have to wait till next cruise since it is on the last day?

Yes I had the same problem, Called customer support and was told they are having a glitch in their system in the Tampa Bay area. Was told to try in couple days.

Thanks for your reply, yes I checked boarding pass and luggage tags and they said platinum that's why I I called CS.

We will be turning Diamond on our next cruise the last night of cruise. I asked customer service if I would be recognized as diamond when we board and was told no beccause when you are reaching a new level on a cruise the embarcation day day does not count towards points. Has anyone experienced this situation.
