Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Just an update …. Not a single problem encountered. 17 year old was checked in and given the key no problem. Both rooms have been secured!!!!
  2. I appreciate all the feedback. The rooms are within the proper range for a 17 year old - within 6 doors of the parent's room - so I would hope they will let us have both. Our PVP didn't think it would be an issue. But if so, we'll cross that bridge on Saturday. Can't be mad about it either way - it is what it is! I'll let y'all know what happens.
  3. The kid is 17.... not a toddler. We did not cancel any guests. We kept the original parents on the booking and just swapped the kids. So the parent who is going will check in for one room and the 17 year old will check in for the other. The parent and kid not going will be no shows so that no changes in rates will occur. I assume the port fees and such will be refunded when they are actual no shows.
  4. Thanks all ... that is what I thought as well. Thankfully we have a wonderful PVP who swapped names for no charge so that we can have both rooms.
  5. Long story short - we have 2 rooms booked. Paid for by me - My name is registered in 1 room with a kid and my DH is registered in the other room with a kid. Now DH and kid on his reservation can't go and will be no shows as we are 10 days out and there is no covered reason for our insurance to kick in. My question is - since I paid for both rooms and this is my spouse and kid, can I get the room key from guest services so that I can use the other room? TIA
