This will be our 2nd HA cruise coming up and I was looking at ordering a wine package. Can you tell me if the bottles are delivered to our cabin or if they are kept chilled and we access them only at the MDR or speciality restaurants. Thanks so much for any input you can provide.

Yes it was a casino offer. Give reservations a call and they can ads it for you and take payment.

I tried unsuccessfully for weeks to try and add the HIA package to our trip coming up on the 25th. After many attempts watching the wheel spin and spin and then finally getting the "Ineligible" message I decided to call today. Within 10 minutes I was through and was able to book it.

We do go to Vegas often but have yet to receive one from them, that would have made more sense. Thanks for the response

Does anyone have experience with receiving an offer directly from your local casino. I just received an email from our local casino here in BC, stating I was able to pick up a "Sail and Play Cruise Certificate" from Holland America at their guest services desk next week. We have never sailed with them and I don't see anything listed on my account page when I log onto the site. Just wondering if its a scam and not to waste my time going there. Thanks so much

I received my first casino offer via email this year but couldn't use it since I was on another cruise. It wasn't free but a very good deal, not much of a gambler on board. I contacted my TA and at first he didn't see the offer until I told him it was a casino offer and then he said he could see it. Is there anywhere on the Princess website that shows these offers or do I have to wait and see if I receive another email. Thanks for any help

Thanks everyone for the info. We did Switch Health on Friday night for the 4 of us and boarded Serenade of the Seas a few hours ago. Paperwork was all good and now to cruise...first one since 2019!
