@kelliebiz Thanks for coming back and wrapping up with your impressions and more nice pictures! Was that last picture taken during the eclipse??? 😉 I travel solo most of the time and love it, however when the rare event happens and a friend or my daughter can come with me, I love that too! Separate cabins are a must these days though! I'm off on a solo adventure from Ft. Lauderdale on the Zuiderdam on May 11th, then a week in the Netherlands and another month in Norway. I'm going on the Havila coastal ferry from Bergen up the entire west coast of Norway and back. So excited and will come back to the HAL and the "Other Cruise Lines" forum to report on that. ~Nancy

I actually think a cab is what I would choose in your circumstances because you need to go outside Canada Place to the street to meet an Uber. ~Nancy

I do appreciate that Vancouver Canada Place is trying something to improve the mess that boarding often is there. Hopefully this plan will help streamline the experience! I will be watching to see how it goes for @Crew News! ~Nancy

I have tipped in USD in Canada but first asked the porter/bartender if they minded USD. The porter laughed and said he actually preferred USD. I'm glad I asked though, because it must be a hassle to exchange money at their bank. I normally prefer to use the currency of the country I am in when traveling. ~Nancy

That's a lot of sand! I would guess that anyone outdoors would soon also have sand in their hair and eyes!! 🫣 I just was reading an article online about a cruise ship that ran into the pier in Kusadasi last week and came across the picture of the Celestyal Journey with its bow bulb crunched. Notice its neighbor??!!
