Can someone tell me if we qualify for 1 or 2 minibar setups when we book a penthouse suite and we are both elite? On the cruise, we were told only get 1 setup. Also, when we book a B2B, should we get 1 setup each week? Thanks

Ken the Cruiser, if you’re saying I will never get SOBC, because new policy says you can’t combine both, I hope you are wrong! The email I received stated new policy will not affect onboard credit on my current bookings, only future bookings. I booked all 5 cruises months before June policy change

I sent an email to get SOBC for 5 cruises we have already booked in the next year on June 30th ( the first day I realized Princess was not combining it with MOBC) None of our cruises have show SOBC yet! I mentioned it to our CVP a few weeks ago, and he just said you will get it! Not sure how long I wait until I call again

Does anyone know if the Majestic has an indoor or outdoor area where you can smoke a cigar? The deck plan shows the usual area for Churchill lounge on other Royal Class ships as a Video arcade! Thanks

Has anyone been on Sky Princess lately and noticed which deck is used for Covid Quarantine? We were on Royal in June and deck 9 (Dolphin) was blocked off for Covid cases. We have an aft corner suite booked on deck 9 in a few months, and am concerned we will be moved to a different location! Thanks for any info!

We were on the Royal a few weeks ago E727 I think, with the wrap around balcony corner aft suite. We spent many hours on the balcony, and loved it! I could smell smoke once in awhile, usually while I was on starboard side edge. It was usually passengers on deck 7, immediately below us who were smoking, not the crew! Not a big problem for us, smell didn’t last long! If I could afford it, I would book that suite for every cruise we take!!!

We had a NAAT (PCR) test at Walgreens on a Wednesday at 4pm EST and took a cruise starting Saturday leaving Vancouver that we boarded at 12:30 (PDT) just under 72 hours. Agent asked if NAAT was a PCR test and I said yes, so we had no problems!

We are back from our cruise, 2 weeks on Royal, and really enjoyed it! We had a few issues with EZAir, (Princess, not the airlines) and probably won’t book EZAir again. No problems flying on United, no Covid symptoms, didn’t hear any talk about cases on board but I did get off elevator on deck 9 and both doors were closed!! We always ate at table for 2, or had room service, never went to buffet, ate at Crown Grill several times, Only went to one production show, spent a lot of time on our balcony! The weather was perfect, except Ketchikan was cool and cloudy. Will write a more detailed review later.

Sorry, I got so excited I forgot to mention it starts this Sunday!!! I’m so glad I didn’t spend $$$$ changing our flight out of Seattle! Now I will cancel Covid test at YVR!

I don’t want to cancel this cruise! When I booked it, Princess was going to test us and would pay if needed to quarantine, I should not have to be concerned about this! We booked 1st class one way ticket for return from YVR July 9th with EZAir, I called May 23rd to switch to SEA, only to be told Princess doesn’t offer shuttle service (incorrect ) plus she said it was already ticketed so I would pay penalty of 200-300$ pp before she even looked for new flight! Of course new flight was a lot higher price also. I decided not to change return flight, even though I believe Princess was giving me bad info! I’m trying to relax, and hope we don’t get Covid! We are vaccinated and boostered, and will wear masks and enjoy our balcony more then normal!

Do you have a phone number for Princess that someone knowledgeable will pick up in 15 minutes or less and will answer this question about what hotel can I quarantine in Vancouver?? We will be on Royal Princess in July. I booked this cruise probably 6 months ago, paid in full several months ago. Are Princess representatives available inside YVR?
